Abstract
E-commerce is one of the fastest growing areas today. Internet banking, an application of ecommercein financial services, has registered enormous growth in recent years globallyand in India. The article by Ajimon George and Gireesh Kumar is a study on internet banking.Using the popular Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, the authors test therelationship between the perceived ease of use (PE) and perceived usefulness (PU) on theservice quality of internet banking based on data from India’s most literate state of Kerala.
